		<description>We had a frozen pipe in the basement, but were a lot luckier than you - we just pointed a space heater at it, and that was pretty much that. Foam and pipe sleeves have solved it, I hope. 

Anyway, it sounds like you have a plumber already, but we really like ours, if you&#039;re looking for another.</description>

In our downstairs bathroom, at least one of the pipes is separated from the brick by a thin bit of styrofoam.  Apparently it&#039;s leaky enough to not actually break when it freezes.... so far...</description>
