Firefox

…is crashing on me roughly every other day.
Is this consistent with others’ experience, or am I just a bad Mozilla owner? (I don’t think I’m trying to do anything especially crash-inducing)
Not my experience, and I’ve run FF on 3 computers under 3 different OSs now. Sometimes the extensions can be a problem — check those first.
It DOES eat memory, so might crash more frequently on a computer with relatively low RAM.
Even if Firefox continue to crash every other day, it restores itself much better than IE, so I will still choose it over IE.
I just can’t live without the multiple tabs feature. I have to use IE at work, and it is just plain annoying.
Well, the latest version of IE has multiple tabs, but yeah, I still use Firefox, primarily because I don’t like running the platform most targeted by hackers.
Which I guess means I should run Linux, but there I draw the line. For now.
Firefox has been crashing on me occasionally in the last couple of weeks — moreso than before the last patch certainly. I hope it’s a temporary bug they’ll catch and eradicate soon.
I’ve now seen this complaint elsewhere, LG, so you’re not alone.
I still suspect rogue extensions.
Maybe the new build isn’t playing well with CoolIris? Anyway, I’ve disabled the latter for now.
I assume and hope the FF “report an error” extension isn’t the problem.
